5. Do I have to sign a contract to get representation?
Answer - Yes. In Minnesota, all contracts for representation must be in writing. The contract
must include the parties to the agreement, amount of compensation, duties of the parties to the agreement, a specified term of
agreement, and termination terms. This is required by Minnesota State Statute Mn Stat 82.196
