PART TIME BOOKKEEPER / DATA ENTRY PERSON
My name is Kent Allen. I am a real estate broker/agent with the Blaine office of RE/MAX Real Estate Properties. I head "The Kent Allen Group"
here in Blaine. Our group consists of myself, a buyer agent, an office administrator and a field representative. Together we manage and market
foreclosed residential property for a number of lenders, nationwide. As part of our property management, we arrange for property rekeys, trashouts, utility
switching into our name, etc. We also arrange for property repair on select properties.
Due to business expansion we have need of someone on staff to help organize the billing and reimbursement process as well as process the incoming bills. Duties include but
are not limited to the opening incoming mail, checking billings for accuracy, data entry, check preparation and mailing, as well as submission for paid bills to our
customers for reimbursement. Employment will be with "The Kent Allen Group", not directly with RE/MAX.
Interested parties should have at least a year of experience with the Quickbooks Pro platform and and will be tested. The position is part time only and is ideal for someone with young kids off to school and looking for part time day hours that can be somewhat flexible.
